22 reactivated past patients in 3 days- Congratulations!

5 min read

Everyone wants good results. Everyone wants quick results. Everyone wants their tomorrow's paycheck to be cleared today, but god damn- that doesn't happen everyday, until and unless you have built a system that has proven to create money that fast at multiple instances.

And when I say this stuff, I don't mean your funnel can not succeed on the day it's launched. But, realistically, building a funnel, building a blog, building any piece of content or content marketing base requires time and consistency.

I have ranked websites in one day and those sites too did not make me so much money on the same day to solve all my problems.

But, it took me a while to learn this and realize the value of compounding.

"I had come to you with a process that I have deployed for clinics and it has worked, but it did not work magically right away. It compounded- just like good health compounds, eating habits compound, and skincare compounds."

On the same note, this is something I had to tell a client today so the both of us could work together towards her clinics's patient reactivation goals.

And honestly, I thought thrice before hitting the send button, but I had to, for setting clear expectations, and for giving the both of us headroom to think creatively and make the most of the campaign that's running for her.

The numbers today-

clinicsrush-patients-reactivation-program

At 8% reply rate, we have received 22 responses against 283 sent messages. Mind you, these are past patients who came to the clinic a few months, a year, three years, and even five years ago.

The 22 responses here speak of the interest that these 22 people still hold openly with the clinic, its services, and what it has to offer.

The next step is to host an event, where we invite all these 22 people (along with at least 50 others) to one, two, or three events based on the final volume.

At the event, we'll be promoting the clinic's ultimate service offers (only one service per event- based entirely on the interest of the people attending it- which we are currently figuring out through this campaign).

And the goal- of course, helping more and more of these people achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes through the clinics' specialised unique offerings.

Part II: Leads on our fingertips!

Today, while sitting in the cabin that a new clinic has given me, I just came across a question-

What's one way I can increase my revenue starting today?

My mind immediately went to cold calling, and there I was talking to Claude so it would help me build a list of all the restaurants, cafes, high end boutiques, and salons in Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ajmer, Mumbai, and Pune that didn't have a website.

And there I had a long list of all these businesses with their phone numbers and so I got to calling.

The first guy did not pick.

The second cafe picked up and told me to call Tuesday so I could directly talk to the owner when he's not busy at the cafe.

The third guy told me to talk to his HR and shared his number with me.

The fourth guy simply asked me to share what we had on his WhatsApp number.

And the fifth guy heard that it's a sales call and said, no, nahi, mai bat nahi kar sakta (no, no, I can not talk).

It was a test run of cold calls that I wanted to make to start, and honestly- what a great response!

On day one, in 9 calls, I have booked three appointments and that's pretty dope.

But honestly, this might not have happened without the new modification in my sales script.

Earlier, I was always leading like this-

"Hello sir/ma'am, is this {{business name}}?

Yes.

Okay, great! So, this is Lakshaya and I wanted to talk to the owner for a minute.

And why?

So, I was going through your Google Business Profile and found this thing…."

On my first 10 calls, I had one meeting booked, which really wasn't that bad. But, it just wasn't the best approach, had many rejections, and it made me feel small and out of control on the call.

The new script on other hand- Well, I led with a simple yes or no question, and I knew the answer on most occasions had to be a yes.

Once they said yes, I told them clearly-

"Okay, so it's a sales call, and if you give me thirty seconds, I'll tell you what this is about!"

And god! This worked so smoothly, I'm excited to pick up my phone on Monday and start dialing.

Quick question- if the next cold caller calling your cell phone told you why they were calling and took your permission to pitch, would you give them your thirty seconds?

Morales of the story-

  1. Marketing takes time- pick your direction and put all your time and effort there.
  2. Lead generation isn't difficult if you have the courage to reach out and the right understanding of who you are looking for.
  3. If you are behind on your bills, pick up the phone and start dialing- but not without a script that you feel completely confident with.

Anyway, here's my CTA-

Are you struggling to get leads constantly and scanning new ways everyday to sell your awesome services?

It could be a positioning problem. It could be a targeting problem. It could be a script problem. It could be a sales rep problem. It won't solve itself until you get up to solve it.

If you are serious about getting more leads for your business and selling to them, you can book a call with me and I can help you find the right method for generating leads for your specific niche.

For now, bye bye! And btw! I have locked my ICP for ClinicsRush- "women-founder led skin clinics."
