Posts, scripts, frameworks, and other writing on this site are mine. You are welcome to read them, quote them with credit, and link to them. You may not republish them wholesale as your own.
Digital products
Products are priced in Indian Rupees and payment is handled by Razorpay. Prices can change at any time, but the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
What you get. On successful payment you are redirected to a download page for the file you bought. Access to that download is tied to your payment.
Your licence. Buying a playbook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business, including training your own staff with it. You may not resell it, publish it, share the file, or repackage it as your own product.
Refunds
These are digital products delivered immediately, so they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. That said, I would rather you were happy than hold your money: if something is wrong, if you were charged twice, or if you could not access what you paid for, email lakshaya15@gmail.com within 7 days and I will sort it out, refund included where fair.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days.

What I write about has worked for me and for clinics I work with. It is not a promise that it will work for you. See the disclaimer.
Fair use of the site
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its payment flow, or its gated files.
Availability
I try to keep the site up and the downloads working, but I cannot promise uninterrupted service. If a download fails after you have paid, email me and I will send the file directly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my liability for anything connected to this site or its products is limited to what you paid me. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business.
Privacy
How your information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
